Children's Centre Manager
- Mrs Susan Peake
NNEB qualified in childcare - NVQ Child Care Level 4
Susan has 16 years post qualified experience in working with children in a variety of settings. She has been a nanny, worked in a nursery school and been a Deputy Manager at Little Treasures for 3 years before becoming the Manager in 2004.
Susan also has three children of her own.
Susan has undergone training to become a breastfeeding peer supporter and a facilitator of parenting course.
Nursery Manager

Karen has 9 years post qualified experience in working in a day nursery setting. Karen progressed to Deputy Manager in her previous setting where she was deputy for two years working mainly in the baby unit, but has experience with children 0 to 5 years. Karen is now overseeing the pre- school planning at Little Treasures as well as becoming our Special Educational Needs Coordinator. Karen has a daughter. She also facilitates parenting course.

Maria has 15 years post qualified experience, which ranges from pre-school to child minding. Maria's main experience has been within a school setting working with children 4 to 11 years. She has inspired their healthy snack options and Magic Movers for children with learning difficulties. Maria has received awards for outstanding contributions to her school setting. She also has her own daughter. Maria is now overseeing our Out of School Club.

Karen has had 10 years post qualified experience in working with children in a variety of settings. Karen oversees the planning and development of the 0-3 years rooms. Karen is also a facilitator of parenting courses and a qualified Gym instructor.
